Blueberry Island – Winter 3 – Harris 1

Hello everyone!

It’s been quite a long time since I last updated, but that’s because I’ve been playing Sims 4 for the last couple of monhts. I started a Sims 4 legacy and I’m having tons of fun with it (I’ll probably be posting about that on here soon-ish as well). This weekend, I went back to Blueberry Island for a bit, though, because I miss it!

So, last time we visited the Harris family, little Nick was born, who is Stella and James’ fifth child. The family got a puppy called Flynn and Zoe, the oldest Harris kid, grew up to an adult and moved out to her own apartment. The twins, Carrie and Ella, grew up to teenagers.

From left to right: Ella, Carrie holding Nick, James, Stella, Thalia. And, of course, Flynn the dog.

The first thing that happened that season is Thalia moving off to college. Technically, she’s one day too old, but I thought it would be very harsh of me to not send her too college just for that reason, especially since she’s a Knowledge Sim. We’ll see her again later this season!

Three out of Stella’s four wants are to do with getting a job. I guess she’s done with being a stay-at-home mum. I am going to wait until Nick is a child before letting her get a job, though.

For now she’s still got her hands full with the little tyke. But he’ll grow up soon.

Ella brought Caryl Dawson home from school and they became friends.

The siblings spend quite a lot of time together.

The next evening it was Nick’s birthday. I thought about inviting over Zoe and Thalia but couldn’t be bothered, honestly.

He’s pretty cute! His eyes are huge, though.

The next day, the twins brought Caryl Dawson home from school again and all three of them hung out.

Stella helped Nick with his homework.

Stella hadn’t found a job in Architecture yet, which is what she really wanted (I locked the want for her). Luckily, she did still manage to find pleasure in her sewing when everyone else was at work and school. She gained her silver badge that day!

Nick brought Emily Do home from school! She’s Eric Robinson and Lilly Do’s daughter.

James took Ella and Carrie to James’ Electronics to work for a bit.

It soon got quite busy and they got it up to level 8.

Stella still couldn’t find a job in Architecture, unfortunately.

Ella called the Matchmaker since she really wanted to go on a date.

Joe Grundstrom fell out of the air for her.

They had 2 bolts and an okay time together, but Ella stopped rolling any wants for him after the first three or so.

The only want she had left was to have dinner with Joe, so I had them walk over to Walker’s (we really need another, less fancy, restaurant in town!).

This place really is a little too fancy for two teenagers on their first date.

They had a good time and ended the date with a kiss and mutual crushes. We’ll see what comes of this in the future!

After the date, Ella ran into her big sister Zoe!

They chatted for a while and became best friends.

James maxed his Body skill! That was the last skill point he needed for a promotion.

And that was it for the Harris family this season! I hope you liked the update, Happy Simming!
